WHAT: Live Concert: The Songs Of Life, Survival & Empowerment Concert

WHERE: Bridge Park Complex, Brentfield/Harrow Road, Stonebridge, London NW10 0RG (by Harrow Road/North Circular Road intersection. Stonebridge tube/overground; buses 18, 112, PR2)

WHEN: 7th November 2008, 7.00pm to 10.00pm (show kicks off 7.45pm with youth showcase)

A free, family-friendly, edu-tainment concert marking Black History Month through live music with special guest singers and inter-linking sketch which tells the story of recent African British life, struggles and uplifting moments. Band* includes multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Niles Hailstones and singer-songwriter Noel McKoy, plus guest artists soulster Don-e, rapper Kof, and gospeller Neresa Maye. Interlinking sketch' led by Black Music Congress founder Kwaku.

A Roots To Branches concert supported by the National Lottery through Arts Council England
