The Family Fun & Fundraiser @ Mission Dine Club (MDC) is organised by BTWSC and BritishBlackMusic.com/BMC as part of the June Is British Black Music Month celebrations



BTWSC Luncheon Fundraiser For MDC June 2008

Following on from its luncheon fundraiser last June (see pres coverage above), for 2009, BTWSC wants us to have some fun, as we try and raise some funds for Mission Dine Club!

FFF is  an opportunity to raise awareness of, and raise some funds for Mission Dine Club Centre, a Harlesden, north-west London-based charity run by Dame Betty Asafu-Adjaye, which works with the elderly and vulnerable. FFF allows individuals and families to have fun in the summer outdoors (we’ll move indoors if we have summer rain), win prizes, listen to music, perform on the karaoke and open mic sessions, support stall holders and MDC.

All welcome !!!!!!!!!!
 
 
When: Saturday 27th June 2009, 3-7pm

Cost: £1 for adults, 50p for children under 16
 
What:  Day out for the Family, Music, Quiz, Raffle, Guest Artists, Games, Poetry, Live Music, Open Mic, Food on sale, Stalls, Karaoke – prizes for Audience vote winners
 
Venue: Grounds of MDC, Fry Road, Harlesden NW10 4BZ, but will go indoors if it rains! (venue phone: 020 8965 5797)
 
Stalls: £15, but £10 pounds if payment is received by 15th June 2009. Cheques to be made payable to Mission Dine Club, marked BBM/BTWSC Fundraiser at the back,  and posted to BTWSC, P.O. Box 14092, NW10 1WL
